If an event is postponed but takes place within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets will stand. If the event is not resumed within that time frame, the affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

In cases of obvious pricing errors, incorrect team listings, or market misconfiguration, we reserve the right to void affected bets or settle them at the correct odds that were available at the time of placement. These corrections may be applied retroactively.
Suspicious or Irregular Activity
Any betting behavior that appears fraudulent, coordinated, or aimed at exploiting system vulnerabilities will be investigated. We may suspend accounts, withhold funds, or void bets if manipulation is suspected.
Betting Limits and Market Access
Limits may apply to specific users, markets, or bet types based on activity and risk assessment. Certain markets may be restricted or unavailable in some jurisdictions due to legal or technical limitations.
Settlements and Results
All bets are settled based on the official outcome as provided by the relevant sports governing body. For live bets, the final result determines the outcome — not the game state at the time of placement.
Voided Bets
A bet may be declared void if the market is canceled, a participant is withdrawn without replacement, or an event is called off without official result. In such cases, the original stake will be returned in full.
Live Betting Considerations
Delays may apply to all in-play bets. Odds fluctuate rapidly, and the system time-stamps all bets to ensure fair processing. Confirmations may take a few seconds depending on market movement.
System and Technical Issues
If bets are affected by a system crash, disconnection, or bug, we will investigate and resolve the issue transparently. In some cases, refunds or voiding of the bet may apply.

TulseBetat retains the right to make final decisions on all betting disputes. These decisions will be made fairly and in line with our terms of service and local regulations.
